The mission of Shareholder Development is to develop, support, and promote the skills and talents of Chugach Alaska Corporation (CAC) shareholders. We offer internships and apprenticeships, small business assistance, resume and interview skills training, and many other opportunities.

We have moved our suite of services to the Shareholder Portal. The Shareholder Portal is accessible by both CACshareholders and descendants, and signing up for a Portal account is quick and easy: this short video provides a tutorial on how to sign up.

Intern & Apprentice Program: provides work experience for CAC shareholders and their descendants.

Training Without Walls Program (TWOW): a two-year leadership training program offered to CAC shareholders and their descendants.

Shareholder Business Assistance Program: funds available for the startup or expansion of a CACshareholder or descendant small business.

Training Resources: Chugach provides training and development resources for CAC shareholders and descendants.
